We will never sell, trade, rent, or other wise provided customer's personal information, including, but not limited to name, addresses, email addresses, or telephone numbers. When you place your order, you will be asked to supply information by filling out the on-line order form. The information includes your name, billing address for your credit/debit card, shipping address, email address and credit/debit card information.
When making a purchase, you are using a secure mode using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. This is the Internets standard that allows businesses and customers to engage in secure electronic transactions. The SSL technology is active on the credit card information pages of our website. For the extra layer of security, we do not keep your credit/debit card information on site.
We may send out an email (about once a month) with product announcements, special promotions and/or coupons.

STORE POLICY
ALL sales are final and cannot be canceled due to the nature of our merchandise.
Before placing your order, Please, be sure of the product's size, color, fabric and any other specifications before you submit your order. Your submission of any order fully acknowledges your agreement to these terms and conditions.
Kindly take note that color discrepancies are common among computers and devices. Colors will vary between browsers, operating systems, computers, laptops, tablets, mobile devices and even screens.
Requests regarding store credits/refunds or exchanges, whether full or partial, will not be accepted. We kindly request that customers contact us with any questions they may have before placing their order(s).
We recommend placing an order in advance of the date/time item is intended for use. You will want to allow sufficient time for product manufacturing (if custom or back order), shipping or any other elements of the order process.
We reserve the right to change our delivery time frames at any point without prior notice. Once again all time frames at any point without prior notice. Custom or back ordered items will have different delivery time frames. Once again, ALL sales are final.
Currency is calculated in U.S. dollars (US) only.
Custom orders, Holiday Merchandise, Back Orders, & Special Orders
You will be provided an estimated manufacturing and delivery dates when order(s) is placed. We cannot accommodate store credits/refunds or exchanges and any changes to the original order may carry additional charges. All correspondence will be in written form. Again, all sales are final.
Any merchandise that is titled "Holiday or Seasonal" is NOT RETURNABLE, ALL sales are final. (Christmas, etc.)
If you place an order for an item(s) that is out of stock we consider it a special order. Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable and may not be canceled.
In the event the Special Order can not be filled due to unforeseen reasons, we will contact you to let you know your options.
In order that we may maintain our fair and low prices to you, please understand that we are a small company and business practicalities do not allow us to provide the same return/cancellation policies as the major department stores and national chains. Thank you so much for your understanding.
Shipping Policies
This website is owned and operated by The Art of Order & Style. We reserve all rights.
We ship to the U.S.A. continental states as well as Alaska and Hawaii. We ship orders Monday thru Thursday, except legal holidays. Our usual processing time is 10-21 business days. We do our best to ship within 10 business days providing the item(s) is in stock. In the event the item is not available to ship within 10-21 business days you will be notified via email. This shipping policies does not apply to Custom Orders, Special Orders or Back Orders; however, you will also be notified via email when order will be shipped .
All orders include shipping within the price unless other wised noted. This applies to the 48 contiguous states and Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are shipped USPS (the "Carrier"). We do not take responsibility for delivery once it is placed with the Carrier. No other shipping method is offered. Currently we do not ship to Canada, Porto Rico, Central or South America or overseas. The risk of loss and title to items/products purchased from The Art of Order & Style will pass to the purchaser upon our delivery to the Carrier.
Arrival of Order Policy
Thank you for your order! It is our hope that you are very please and that we have exceeded your expectations.
All sales are final. Requests regarding store credits/refunds or exchanges, whether full or partial will not be accepted. We kindly request that customers contact us with any questions they may have before making the purchase.
We do our utmost to describe the item by giving pictures, color descriptions, fabric pattern(s), fabric contents and texture, measurements and weights. Kindly take note that color discrepancies are common among computers and devices. Colors will vary between browsers, operating systems, computers, laptops, tablets, mobile devices and even screens.
Packaging Error
1) We strive to ensure that what you order is what you receive. A customer order sheet is enclosed with each order and packing is verified by a second staff member. If, we have made a mistake (i.e., wrong color, item, or quantity) please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will correct the matter in a timely fashion. Please do not discard any packaging and do not break any seals. Please help us in the matter by not opening the inner sealed packaging and retain all packaging. Returned product must be unopened and unused. All tags must remain on the product.
2) Damaged Packaging
If an item is received in a damaged condition due to shipping please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will do our best to address the matter in a timely fashion. Do not discard any packaging. Photographs on the packaging will be required. Do not break any seals. All tags must remain on the product.
Please note regarding the above 1) and 2) that we will not accept returns or issue a store credit/refund on items that have been worn, used, washed, have tags removed or broken seals, stained, pet hairs or odors, smell of smoke, perfume or fragrance, or damaged in any way. Customer is responsible to contact The Art of Order & Style immediately upon receipt of order. The risk of loss or title to items or products purchased from The Art of Order & Style will pass to the purchaser upon our delivery to the Carrier. Returns made under paragraphs 1 and 2 above will not automatically be eligible for store credit/refund or exchange.
GENERAL
The Art of Order & Style reserves the right to add, modify or omit any information.
Please remember all orders are final and may not be cancelled. Under no circumstances will The Art of Order & Style accommodate any exchange or store credits or refunds. The customer is responsible for their selection of color, size, or any other specification of their order.
Please be sure you are ordering correctly. Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled, changed, or exchanged for size, color or style or any other specification.
The information on this website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current.
We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product description, pricing and availability.
We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. The risk of loss and title to items purchased from The Art of Order & Style shall pass to the purchaser upon our delivery to the carrier.
